Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Aurorixs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Returns for Orders Placed on Aurorixs.com:

  • 30-Day Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your order, simply follow the instructions below.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: All items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in their original condition to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Process Returns or Exchanges:

  1. Visit our online return system: Go to our returns page and input your order number and email or phone number to begin.
  2. Select your items for return or exchange: Choose the items you want to return or exchange.
  3. Choose an exchange or refund: If you prefer an exchange, select the new item. If you’re opting for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  4. Return Shipment: Use our prepaid return label to send the items back to us or drop off at a designated return location (if available).

Once processed, you will receive an email notification confirming the return or exchange.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for 1-day or 2-day shipping are non-refundable, unless the carrier delays delivery.

Return Policy for Apparel Items: Apparel items such as clothing and hats must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached. They must be in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Purchases Made In-Store or Through Third-Party Retailers:

Items purchased from other retailers (not from Aurorixs.com) should be returned to the store or platform where they were purchased. We will evaluate exchange options based on the proof of purchase.

Products Purchased from Social Commerce Sites: Products bought on platforms like eBay, Poshmark, or other third-party sellers are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
